The incomparable Leader/Master of men to be tamed,

The Teacher of gods and men,

The Enlightened One

The Blessed One.

Yogis are practising metta bhavana (loving-kindness meditation)

Yogis radiate loving-kindness mentally : 

1. May I be free from enmity and danger.
2. May I be free from mental suffering.
3. May I be free from physical suffering.

4. May I take care of myself happily.

1. May all beings be free from enmity and danger.
2. May they be free from mental suffering.
3. May they be free from physical suffering.
4. May they take care of themselves happily.

Yogis are practising sitting meditation. 

1. Make a mental note or say to yourself “rising” when the movement of the abdomen rises as you breathe in.

2. Make a mental note or say to yourself "falling" when the movement of the abdomen falls as you breathe out.

3. When your mind wanders or thinks, you should note “wandering,wandering, wandering" or "thinking, thinking, thinking" and then go back to the rising and falling of the abdomen as the natural primary object.

A yogi is practising walking meditation.

1. Brisk walking  :  Note right step, left step.

2. Noting 2 parts of a step  :  Note lifting and placing.

3. Noting 3 parts of a step  :  Note lifting, pushing and placing.

When you are standing, make a mental note or say to yourself “standing, standing, standing”.
